Meet the Severance Chamber Team

 Elizabeth became President of the Severance Chamber of Commerce in December 2024, after serving as Secretary for over a year. Her dedication to supporting local businesses and strengthening the community earned her the honor of Citizen of the Year in 2025.

Elizabeth is the owner of Rolling River Real Estate and serves as a Realtor® in Northern Colorado and the surrounding mountain towns. She also owns Rolling River Treasure, an Etsy and eBay shop featuring carefully curated antique and vintage items. In addition, she substitutes in the Weld RE-4 school district, working with children with special needs.

Since moving to Severance in April 2023 with her husband and children, Elizabeth has fully embraced the community and is proud to call it home. She is passionate about helping others succeed and is especially dedicated to supporting small businesses as they grow and thrive. 

Known as a true connector in Northern Colorado, Elizabeth brings people together and creates opportunities that benefit the entire community.

 Lisa began serving as the Educational and Communications Director for the Severance Chamber of Commerce in August 2025. She is passionate about connecting people and businesses with the wide range of educational resources available throughout Northern Colorado and if you have met her, you know just how passionate! 

Lisa is the owner of Pump Creative, helping business owners create a brand and tell their story, and she also teaches part time at Front Range Community College. As a Severance resident, Lisa enjoys being actively involved in the community and contributing to its continued growth. You will often see her at the Town Hall Meetings, staying caught up with our small Town's progression. 

Lisa brings creativity, expertise, and a strong sense of purpose to the Executive Chamber Board. She shares the vision of her fellow board members and is excited to expand educational opportunities that support and empower our Chamber members.

Austin began serving as Director of Strategic Operations and Development for the Severance Chamber of Commerce in May  2026. 

Austin owns Odle Consulting, where he helps business owners build the kind of strategic clarity, leadership systems, and long-term planning that lets them own a business rather than own a job. His work focuses on making big, complicated problems smaller and more manageable, with practice areas spanning strategic planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and exit strategy.

Austin is an Army veteran, University of Denver MBA, and he is bilingual in Spanish. He moved to Severance with his family in 2022 and is a dad to two young kids, which gives him plenty of daily practice in patience, prioritization, and not sleeping much.

His wisdom and experience benefits the Chamber and he is here to help our members become clearer about where their businesses are going and how to get there, without burning out along the way.

 Monica has been a dedicated part of the Severance Chamber for many years, consistently going above and beyond to support our mission. She has played a key role in welcoming many of our current members and is a familiar face at nearly every Chamber event, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed. While she has long embodied the spirit of an Ambassador, she now proudly carries the title as well.

Monica brings an incredible network of connections to the Chamber. With strong relationships throughout Northern Colorado, she has a natural talent for connecting people and helping businesses grow and succeed. Her enthusiasm, generosity, and commitment to the community make her an invaluable part of the Severance Chamber.

Gary became an Ambassador of the Severance Chamber in September 2025, bringing with him years of valuable community involvement and leadership.

Gary and his wife, Kristi, made Severance their home in 2015. Since then, Gary has been an active and dedicated member of the local community, previously serving as an Ambassador for the Windsor Chamber and as a Board Member for the Severance Chamber in its earlier years of an organization.

In 2019, Gary joined the Citizen Planning Committee for the Town of Severance, and in 2024, he became a member of the Board of Directors for the Windsor-Severance Historical Society, which he has a true passion for.

Gary’s experience, commitment, and welcoming presence make him a valued part of the Chamber, and he is always a pleasure to see at our events!

Debbie joined the Severance Chamber as an Ambassador in March 2026, bringing with her a true passion for community and connection.

Debbie is a proud Severance resident and is known for delivering homemade delicious cakes to her new neighbors, making sure they feel welcome in their new home. It’s safe to say she makes moving to Severance  a little sweeter!

Kindhearted and selfless, Debbie always puts others first and treasures time spent with her family. Her genuine love for meeting new people and building relationships makes her a natural fit as a Chamber Ambassador.

Kerri became an Ambassador of the Severance Chamber in July of 2025. She lives in Windsor, and loves networking with amazing other businesses in Northern Colorado. 

Kerri is the owner of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory located in the Foothills Mall. Kerri specializes in creating bold and delicious specialty chocolates like Strawberries, Caramel apples, and Fudge.

If you are looking for the perfect gift, Kerri does custom boxes, custom baskets, wedding favors, catering, local delivers, and corporate orders. 

Kerri brings a smile and amazing vibes to every event she attends! 

Nathan became an Ambassador of the Severance Chamber in April 2025 and then made a move to Board Member in January 2026. 

Nathan is passionate about building meaningful, lasting relationships with fellow small business owners and actively supporting the local business community. 

He is a proud citizen of Severance and his Candle Company, Raven Wick Candle Company, which he co-owns with Kevin Cornelison his husband, won Business of the Year in 2025. Raven Wick Candles is a  Northern Colorado-based small business specializing in hand-poured, small-batch candles crafted with premium ingredients and memorable scents. The company is committed to producing high-quality, clean-burning candles—free from harsh chemicals and phthalates—that bring warmth, comfort, and character to any space, kind of like Nathan! 

Nathan’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to connection make him a valued Board Member and a wonderful addition to the Chamber community. 

Matthew became a Board Member in May 2026 and brings with him core values of protection, guidance, and experience. 

Matthew is a Financial Professional with New York Life Insurance Company, where he works with individuals, families, and business owners to help protect what

matters most and prepare for the future. 

Matthew brings experience in financial operations, budgeting,

organizational leadership, being a problem-solver and a trusted resource to others. 

He is committed to building strong relationships and serving others in a way that helps people feel understood, prepared, and confident about their future, which makes him a perfect fit for our Board of Directors. 

Matthew has been a Severance resident

since fall 2020 and he cares deeply about the local community and the people in it. He is proud to serve on the Board of the Severance Chamber where he supports local businesses and contributes to the continued growth of the area. As a husband and father of three boys, he understands firsthand the importance of planning for the future and protecting what matters most.
