Austin Odle Director of Strategic Operations and Development

Austin began serving as Director of Strategic Operations and Development for the Severance Chamber of Commerce in May 2026.

Austin owns Odle Consulting, where he assists local businesses and their owners in establishing the strategic clarity, leadership systems, and long-term planning necessary to truly own a business rather than merely owning a job. His work is dedicated to simplifying big, complicated problems, with practice areas that include strategic planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and exit strategy.

As an Army veteran and University of Denver MBA graduate, Austin is also bilingual in Spanish. He moved to Severance with his family in 2022 and is a proud dad to two young kids, which provides him with ample daily opportunities for practicing patience and prioritization—though not much sleep!

His wisdom and experience significantly benefit the Severance Chamber, as he aims to help our members gain clarity on their business directions and how to achieve their goals sustainably, without burning out.

If you’re struggling with strategy, scaling, or leadership questions, or if you simply want to connect over community support and share ideas with someone who genuinely enjoys this work, reach out to Austin and schedule a coffee today!
